NLH Contracting was founded in 2015 by Nicole Orisme, PHR, SHRM-CP, a seasoned human resource professional with a passion to help small and mid-sized business employers build a solid infrastructure for growth.
Mrs. Orisme has over 11 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance Management for businesses and government contractors. She is a SCORE Mentor volunteering her services to small businesses looking for support. She is also a member of the Montgomery County and Frederick County local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
